Our Process

INQUIRY + CALL

Fill out the inquiry form on the Contact Us page and we will reach out to schedule a call to hear about your project!
CONSULTATION

After our call, we schedule a consultation when two of our designers will meet with you to discuss your goals, style, and design ideas. We will take photos + measurements, gather information, and discuss expectations.
SCOPE OF WORK

Next, our team defines the scope of the project, timeline, and budget. We then send over the contract + get the ball rolling!
SPACE PLANNING

Before sourcing, our drafters draw up your spaces to determine the best layout + scale of every item we hope to incorporate in your uniquely designed space.
SELECTIONS + SOURCING

After listening to your story + your hopes for your space, we source furniture, wall coverings, window treatments, fabrics, paint colors, etc that reflect your style and the approved space plan.
CLIENT PRESENTATION

Next, we’ll invite you to our studio to review design details, and the various selections that your designers have made. We’ll discuss any necessary revisions before finalizing quotes for your approval.
PRODUCT ORDERING

Once you approve product selections, we start placing orders! While waiting for items to arrive, we schedule vendors + deliveries, and coordinate other logistics so that your space will come together smoothly.
INSTALL!

The day when all of the patience, planning, and attention to detail comes together! As deliveries from our vendors arrive, we oversee the placement of each piece ensuring the design vision comes to life!

Our Services

We love starting from scratch and working with our client to create restful spaces. Beginning with an in-person consultation, we then dive into all the details of your project. Following the initial consultation, you meet with our team of designers at PI to review your personalized design plan. After that, you and your design team will hone in on personal style elements. We work closely with your architect or builder in a collaborative environment, ensuring that every detail is attended to! Then, our designers begin curating selections, sourcing, and ordering for your project!

Ready to begin a renovation on your existing home? Our designers assist you by drawing seamless floor plans that best suit your family and lifestyle, guiding you through the process of construction and working closely with the builder to ensure that no detail is missed. The selection of finishes, fixtures, and finite details to beautifully complete your home are the final touch!

Perch Interiors is a full-service design firm, offering everything from selections to space planning, furnishings, paint, lighting and more. Our team is highly skilled in managing details and timelines, ensuring a seamless design process for all. Our goal is for each finished project to reflect the personality, lifestyle and unique story of that client.

Full-Service Interior Design

For clients who desire fully curated design on a smaller scale, our Petite Design package is the perfect fit. Our team will provide a furniture space plan, mood board and links for purchasing specially selected pieces, allowing you to order product as your budget allows. With a flat-rate design fee, this service option allows you to execute your customized design plan, managing ordering and installation on your own.
